Profile
Charles graduated from the prestigious University of Ibadan and was called to the Nigerian Bar as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in the year 2016.
He is the Firm’s Head of Chambers and presently heads the Dispute Resolution Team. His core practice area is Dispute Resolution where he has over the years, represented various clients in litigation matters before various courts in Nigeria especially the superior courts of record and also handled arbitration and mediation matters on behalf of clients. He also has expertise and great interest in Corporate Commercial Law, Constitutional Law, Insolvency Law, Real Estate Law, Admiralty Law and Intellectual Property Law.
His innate problem solving ability, composure and intellectual capacity, ensures the Firm is able to provide prompt, excellent and exceptional legal solutions to clients in his core areas of practice. An Awardee of the Association of Young Arbitrators (AYA), he has over the years displayed great legal knowledge in providing the best possible solutions to the legal needs and problems of clients especially in litigation and arbitration cases.
An astute litigator who has positively and competently represented various clients of the Firm in various courts in Nigeria, he has the ability to think on his feet where he needs to do so, which is the primary quality of an erudite litigation lawyer.
A publisher of several written legal articles, he is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), the Nigerian Bar Association, Section on Business Law (NBA-SBL), The Business Recovery and Insolvency Association of Nigeria (BRIPAN), Youngship Nigeria, Association of Young Arbitrators (AYA) and several other professional bodies and associations, where he has served in various Standing Committees and made his positive contribution towards the growth of the Association and the Society in general.
